1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and juan165 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the juan165 online gaming platform available at juan165.net ("the Platform").

By creating a juan165 account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the juan165 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update your account profile in the event of any change to your personal details.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.

• All activity occurring under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorized by you.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to your juan165 account are transacted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The Platform accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. juan165 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All funds deposited must be owned legitimately by you. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be refused or subject to additional verification.
• The juan165 Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Pesos. No cryptocurrency deposits are accepted unless otherwise stated.
• Deposited funds may only be used for participating in the games and services offered on the Platform. juan165 accounts may not be used as general-purpose electronic wallets or for person-to-person transfers.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your juan165 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your balance at the time of the withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, juan165 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Each Promotion is available to one eligible account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any withdrawal of associated funds is permitted. Wagering requirements are specified in each Promotion's individual terms.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

• RNG game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. juan165 does not manipulate game outcomes.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, juan165 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings resulting from a technical error will not be paid.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games or player-versus-player formats.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or to engage in any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws or the guidelines of the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Registering more than one account or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Amendments & Termination

juan165 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

juan165 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period;
• A requirement imposed by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

Upon termination, any pending withdrawal of legitimately won funds (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to completed KYC verification. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
